General Gym Leader Rules

There is something called the Standard Clauses that should be and are expected to be followed in battles taking place on this forum.

Uber Clause: No UBERS ALLOWED (see http://pokeball.forum-motion.com/announcements-f4/pokemon-that-are-not-allowed-in-gym-battles-and-field-battles-t8.htm)

Species Clause: You may not have more than one of the same exact Pokemon on your team

Sleep Clause: No two pokemon can be asleep in a team at the same time (not counting self induced sleep).

Item Clause: That means you may use more than one of the same item. Just try to refrain from six focus sashes, and luck items don't actually help much anyway -- they are based in luck, after all.

Evasion Clause: Moves that increase evasiveness or lower your opponent's accuracy are banned (it makes the game about luck)

OHKO Clause: No OHKO moves (Horn Drill, Sheer Cold, etc.) Also make the game about luck.

Self KO Clause: This is rare but necessary, if you and your opponent are on your last pokemon do not use moves like Explosion to induce a draw.

i will battle today

but i dont have strong pokemons mim are:
infernape lvl 89 pikachu lvl 70 gengar lvl 54 palkia lvl 76 and dialga lvl 48

That's alright. We'll do a level 100 battle. Sorry to say but Dialga and Palkia are not allowed. They are on the uber list. You can ONLY use them if you want to try out for a Gym.
