Unfortunatly, no. But I guess if your team is fast, you can be a speed gym...Or if it's HP is high, it could be a HP gym...Ah! I got it! How about you just be a training Gym...You know, like the one is Saffaron City. The Dojo next to Sabrina's Gym...?
